You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@mowerprous.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or customized are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
